I have used pdftotext.dll in my project, it is working perfectly in windows server 2003, but when i moved this into windows server 2008-64 bit it is not working, it says error as,

Could not load file or assembly 'pdftotext, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5b5f377bc08a4d32' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Note: pdftotext.dll is also 64 bit

Is your IIS app pool set to allow 32 bit applications?  It may be that one of its dependencies requires a 32 bit dll.

I'm going to ask a dumb question, is the assembly in your bin folder?  Sorry, had to ask.  Assuming it is, the only other thing I can think of is that it has dependencies on another assembly.  I know a lot of these pdf libraries are dependent upon Adobe Reader being installed on the client/server.  That would be the first thing I'd look into.
