ASP.NET - Encryptedxml decryptdocument throws bad data \r\n ??

Hi Every One,

I have written encrypt and decrypt functions, encryption is working fine, but decrypt not working in another machine but is working in same machine.

Please help me,

Line 132 of the source you posted for review is the issue.
