C# .NET - How to pass logical operators as parameters in method

Create a method “test" which should take 3 parameters operand1, operand2 and
operation. The third parameter “operation” will have these values “*” or “+” or
“-” or “/”.  Based on the operator value,the method should perform the calculation on the operands and return the result.
