Microsoft Excel - COULD I PAY YOU TO ASSEMBLE CODE TO WRKSHT WRITE THE LAST 18 RECS OF TEXT FILE

I am so impressed by your website, particularly when it comes to the expertise you are showing in the file scripting arena.
I have one text file that varies in length that my program needs to process every 15 seconds. The record design is a string{A, B, C}. I want to be able to pick off the last 18 records and parse them into columns B, C, D beginning at row 8 on a clean worksheet in ascending order.
As good as your example sheet is, my abilities fall just a bit short of doing this myself.
I would appreciate your consideration here for just a bit of your valuable time. Your web site is great looking and easy to follow. If you need the text file I can send it to you.

I'm sorry Stephen, I just don't have time for this sort of thing.  If you want to post your code, perhaps I can help you see what is wrong.

That said, you may want to use Excel's Macro Recorder.  Perform the work you want to do manually and record it.  Then, take the VBA code it generates to help you go in the right direction.
